raspberry & mint collagen iced tea


  • 3 cup water

  • 2 English breakfast tea bags (high in flavonoids which may fight free radical damage)

  • 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants)

  • 1 tbsp honey (alternative sweetener to refined sugar with healing properties)

  • 8 mint leaves (may aid digestion)

  • 3 servings of milla collagen powder 


  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan then remove from the heat. 

  2. Add all of the ingredients except and leave to steep for 20 minutes. 

  3. Strain through a sieve then serve with ice.

  4. Add some extra raspberries and mint leaves to decorate.
