3 cup water
2 English breakfast tea bags (high in flavonoids which may fight free radical damage)
1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants)
1 tbsp honey (alternative sweetener to refined sugar with healing properties)
8 mint leaves (may aid digestion)
3 servings of milla collagen powder
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan then remove from the heat.
Add all of the ingredients except and leave to steep for 20 minutes.
Strain through a sieve then serve with ice.
Add some extra raspberries and mint leaves to decorate.
