pear, beetroot, and apple smoothie



ingredients:


1 pear

1/3c chopped beetroot

1/2 an apple

1/2t grated ginger

1 serving of inner health antioxidant reds

1 handful of ice cubes


method:


  1. blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender with a splash of water (leave the water out if you prefer a thick smoothie).
