peanut butter & banana smoothie


  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 heaped tablespoon of coconut yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons of milla coconut creamer

  • 1/2c unsweetened coconut milk

  • 8 ice cubes

  • 1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
