our milla collagen is the perfect addition to your diet.


cacao & banana oats


  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 a banana, sliced

  • 2 serves of milla nude collagen

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp quinoa

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt


  1. Soak oats, quinoa & chia seeds in coconut milk and 1/2c water over night (if time allows).

  2. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and cook over a low heat. Stir often.

  3. Add collagen and cool until quinoa tails are visible. Approximately 10 minutes.

  4. Add more water if consistency becomes too thick.

  5. Enjoy topped with some delicious fruit, granola & dark chocolate.
