coconut & honey yoghurt with granola 


ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt (contains probiotics which supports healthy gut bacteria)

  • 1/4 cup granola (nuts & seeds are great source of protein & healthy fats)

  • 1/2 tbsp desiccated coconut( high in manganese which is essential for bone health)

  • 1/2 tbsp desiccated coconut( high in manganese which is essential for bone health)

  • 1 serving of Milla Nude collagen

method

  1. Stir yoghurt, honey, collagen powder & desiccated coconut together.

  2. Pour half into a glass then top with half of the granola.

  3. Add the rest of the yoghurt followed by the remaining granola.

  4. Top with your favourite fruit.
