chocolate & hazelnut hemp protein balls

ingredients

  • 1/2c almond meal

  • 1/4c hazelnuts

  • 1/4c milla hemp protein powder

  • 6 medjool dates, chopped

  • 2T raw cacao powder

  • 1/2T honey

  • 1/2t vanilla bean extract

method

  1. preheat the oven to 160˚C before baking the hazelnuts for 5-10 minutes. watch closely as you don’t want them to burn. allow to cool the peel off the remaining skin.

  2. add all of the ingredients into a high-speed food processor and blend until the mixture is fine and comes together.

  3. roll into 1T balls and refrigerate to set.
