Handful of ice cubes
2 cups cold brewed coffee - potentially reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes
1 cup coconut milk - high in healthy fats
1/2 cup almond milk - rich in vitamin E
2 tbsp grass-fed butter - higher in vitamins and lower in toxins than normal butter
2 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut for a substitute) - enhances brain and memory function
3 tbsp maple syrup - great alternative sweetener to refined sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1 serve of milla nude collagen per person
method
Place the ice cubes into two glasses.
Divide the coffee between the two glasses.
Blitz the rest of the ingredients in a blender then pour over the coffee.
Serve immediately.
