  • Handful of ice cubes

  • 2 cups cold brewed coffee - potentially reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes

  • 1 cup coconut milk - high in healthy fats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk - rich in vitamin E

  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter - higher in vitamins and lower in toxins than normal butter

  • 2 tbsp MCT oil (or coconut for a substitute) - enhances brain and memory function

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup - great alternative sweetener to refined sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract

  • 1 serve of milla nude collagen per person


  1. Place the ice cubes into two glasses.

  2. Divide the coffee between the two glasses.

  3. Blitz the rest of the ingredients in a blender then pour over the coffee.

  4. Serve immediately.
