banana & vanilla ‘ice cream’ with caramel sauce

ice cream ingredients
2 frozen bananas
4 tbsp coconut milk
1 tspn vanilla bean extract
1 serving of Milla nude collagen
method
blitz all ingredients in a high speed blender until well blended and smooth.
Place in the freezer while making caramel sauce.
caramel sauce ingredients
1/3c coconut cream (the hardened top of can)
4 tbsp coconut sugar
method
heat slowly in a saucepan over a low heat. Stir continuously for between 5-10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
Pop in the fridge to set for 10 minutes then pour generously over ‘ice cream’.
